He took time to understand what was needed (even when we were not sure) and was prepared to push back if the concepts were not right. Once a concept was decided, he was painstaking in implementation, and prepared to try again if it wasn't right. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Jeremy and were sorry when he left the UK for Australia."
